Slim does not work when Nginx is enabled - 404 is always issued. The Apache2 server. Maybe you need additional Nginx configuration?

It works fine with Apache2 and does not require any setup. However, the initial application is not running on LiteSpeed What could be the reason? I have tried many solutions. But does not work like NGINX and APACHE2.
